Ber Barry-Murray M.Ed., BCL, BA, HDEA

Ber is a mediation and training consultant within Round Table Mediation and Training. For more than 20 years, she has worked in management and workplace training and education within the private and public sectors. In this capacity, she has had responsibility for the design, development and provision of management and training programmes as well as quality assurance and accreditation of those programmes.

Ber is a practitioner member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland and on the Education Committee of that body. Prior to joining Round Table, Ber worked as an area coordinator in the Family Mediation Service in Cork; City of Cork VEC and University College, Cork.

She has wide experience as a mediator and in training others in the field of mediation. Ber is widely experienced in managing conflict and resolving disputes and grievances in the workplace. She is certified in conducting formal investigation into allegations of harassment, discrimination and bullying.
