Kaye is an accredited practitioner member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland and is a training consultant and mediator within Round Table Mediation and Training. As a practitioner mediator, Kaye has wide experience in the areas of workplace and family mediation. For details on Kaye's family mediation practice, please see our dedicated Family Mediation site on www.corkfamilymediation.ie Kaye works as a workplace mediator where communications between parties in the workplace have broken down and is experienced in working in areas of bullying, harassment, change management structures, disciplinary and grievance procedures. Kaye designs and facilitates training programmes in generic mediation, conflict prevention and resolution. as well as acting as a workplace mediator where communications between parties have broken down. Kaye is also a certified investigator in conducting fact-findingand formal investigations in situations where harassment, bullying or intimidation is alleged in the workplace.

Kaye is also involved in the development of Policies and Procedures for organisations, which are used to guide staff and management in the areas of conflict resolution, absence and performance management, diversity, equality, disability, harassment, bullying, and dignity at work. Her background in law ensures such policies and procedures comply with current legislation and best practice. Kaye comes to the field of Mediation and Conflict Management from a career in academic law, having lectured over a number of years in business and company law in University College Cork. She continues to lecture in employment law to a number of professional organisations.
