This one-day course enables participants to understand bullying and harassment and its impact in the workplace. The training is focused on the development of techniques to aid effective responses in managing people constructively. This course can also be held over a two days with greater emphasis on developing an anti-bullying policy and culture.

A one-day course which looks at understanding core conflict management and dispute resolution principles.
An Introduction to Mediation
A three day programme to introduce the benefits of mediation and how these core skills can be used as a means of managing conflict.
Becoming a Mediator
This is a six-day training programme which provides training in the skills and techniques of managing conflict in different settings. This course is accredited by the Mediators Institute of Ireland and is a first stage in becoming a registered practitioner mediator. This programmes is held up to three times a year. The mixed group of participants provides a stimulating and diverse learning environment.
