I found the course to be a wonderful experience and I will miss attending it. I think one could study mediation for 30 years and still learn more. Initially, when doing the course, the thought of role-playing was so daunting. It’s so amazing to see and feel the progress and mindset shift around doing them. I am amazed at how I am learning in action.
