Niamh Ciara Johnston

Niamh, a certified mediator, joined the RoundTable team in 2017. Originally focused on marketing and social media strategy, Niamh now works directly with clients in mediation, supporting families and separating couples, communities, and workplace disputes with a calm, structured and client-centred approach. She also serves as an Assistant Investigator, contributing to complex casework with diligence and professionalism, and as a Training Assistant, helping to design and deliver impactful learning programmes across the RoundTable community.
